I want to be clear: I don’t control your life, and I don’t seek to. Every individual has the right to choose their own path. But my purpose my mission is bigger than one person. My goal is to push back against systems that attempt to control how people live, dictate lifestyles, and marginalize entire communities.
For far too long, Black communities have been treated as afterthoughts used, studied, and discarded as if we are experiments instead of human beings. I refuse to accept a reality where our people are reduced to statistics, where our struggles are ignored, and where our progress is delayed while others move forward.
My mission is to bring real investment millions of dollars into our communities so we can thrive, not just survive. We have spent generations falling behind, not because we lack talent or drive, but because we have been denied access, resources, and opportunity. That ends now.
I am committed to dismantling systemic racism not just talking about it, but actively breaking the structures that uphold it. I stand for protecting life, especially our youth, who are too often lost to violence fueled by a lack of knowledge, mentorship, and opportunity. When young people are given resources, education, and direction, they don’t destroy their communities they build them.
We must also confront the issue of representation. For too long, decisions have been made without us at the table. Our voices have been minimized, our needs overlooked, and our contributions ignored even after over 400 years of sacrifice, labor, and resilience that helped build this nation.
As Malcolm X once said, “If you’re not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed, and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.” That truth still resonates today. We must think critically, act intentionally, and refuse to be divided or misled.
And as Louis Farrakhan stated, “Power never concedes without a demand, and it never will.” That means we must organize, mobilize, and demand the change we deserve not wait for it.
This is why I made the decision to step into the political arena not to follow tradition, but to challenge it. We cannot remain loyal to systems that do not produce results for our communities. Representation must exist on all sides of the political spectrum. If legislation is being written and passed without our influence, then we must position ourselves where decisions are actually being made.
In Georgia, over 1,200 bills are introduced, yet only a small fraction from one side even reach the floor and even fewer address the real needs of Black communities, especially our entrepreneurs and future leaders. That is unacceptable.
I am running because I am tired of watching us lose tired of seeing potential wasted, voices ignored, and communities neglected. Someone has to stand up, challenge the status quo, and lead with courage, strategy, and purpose.
We cannot afford to be complacent. We cannot afford to wait. The time for action is now.
This campaign is about empowerment. It’s about ownership. It’s about building a future where our communities are no longer fighting to catch up but leading the way forward.
And I intend to be part of that change.
