Devonta “Sully” Sullivan is a proud son of Atlanta—born and bred—with a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and the protection of his community. A law enforcement professional, entrepreneur, and conservative leader, Sully believes leadership begins with character and is sustained by action.

Sully is an innovative leader with the ability to promote, encourage, and unite cross-functional teams toward a shared mission. Known for his high mental energy and disciplined work ethic, he consistently meets operational goals and production requirements while driving optimal efficiency.

 

As a God-fearing man, Sully believes true leadership requires integrity, honor, and a heart for service. To him, a leader is someone who does what he says he will do no excuses, no compromises. His aim is simple: to serve the people with transparency, courage, and conviction.

Sully brings extensive experience in public safety and law enforcement, having served with:

The Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ)

N2U Protection Services as a Protection Agent

The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy

 

He also founded and served as CEO of O’Sully Enterprise Public Safety, where he led strategic security initiatives and built strong partnerships with veterans and law enforcement professionals to strengthen community safety. His hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges facing families, officers, and neighborhoods and the leadership required to address them.

 

Education & Leadership Development

Sully studied at Georgia Military College, Hillsdale college and a Graduate of D.M. Therrell High School. He is also a graduate of the National Leadership Institute, founded by Morton Blackwell, where he further developed his skills in civic engagement, grassroots mobilization, and principled leadership. Currently, Sully serves as a National Ambassador for Veterans for America First, helping to enhance voter engagement, coordinate volunteers, and promote civic participation across diverse communities. He has also worked alongside political leaders, supporting grassroots efforts to encourage and engage citizens in the civic process.
