As a candidate committed to transparency, public health, and environmental accountability, I support introducing the Protect Georgia’s Skies Act legislation to prohibit unauthorized atmospheric manipulation and restore public trust in our skies.

In 2025, Florida enacted Senate Bill 56, which prohibits the intentional release or dispersion of chemicals into the atmosphere for the purpose of altering weather, climate, or sunlight intensity and makes violations a felony offense.

Georgia deserves the same level of protection and accountability.

What This Means for Georgia

Under my leadership, Georgia will:

• Ban unauthorized geoengineering and weather modification activities

Any attempt to inject, release, or disperse substances into the atmosphere for weather or climate manipulation will be prohibited.

• Establish strong criminal penalties

Violations will be treated as serious offenses, including felony charges, fines, and enforcement actions ensuring no individual, corporation, or agency operates above the law.

• Create a public reporting and transparency system

Citizens will have access to a state managed reporting system to log and investigate concerns related to atmospheric activity similar to Florida’s model requiring state agencies to review reports.

• Hold aviation and infrastructure accountable

Public airports and aviation operators will be required to disclose any equipment capable of atmospheric dispersion, ensuring full transparency.

• Protect public health and environmental integrity

Georgia will not be used as a testing ground for unregulated environmental experimentation.

Georgians have a right to clean air, informed consent, and full transparency when it comes to activities that could impact their environment and health. This legislation is about restoring trust, ensuring oversight, and putting the safety of our communities first.

Like Florida, we are drawing a clear line:

No unauthorized chemical or atmospheric manipulation over Georgia period.

This is about accountability, transparency, and protecting the people of Georgia. I will fight to ensure our skies remain safe, our environment protected, and our government fully answerable to the people it serves.
